This is the combination of beef many 5 star restaurants are serving.  This is the Unites States' answer to KOBE beef (which only comes from Kobe, Japan).  Has intense marbling and a high percentage of oleaginous unsaturated fat.  Healthiest beef products on the market today.

Angus

English breed of beef cattle that makes great tasting beef meat products.  Conventionally produced beef (grain fed) is high in oleic acid and lower in saturated and trans fats than beef from grass fed cattle.

Grass Fed

Very few cattle meet our standards to be grass fed.  This takes a special animal that can produce delicious and tender steaks, roasts, and burgers.
